I also though about genjutsu but the conclusion I arrived is, how will you put your enemy in a genjutsu if he is so fast you can't even see him? Also, don't forget in DBZ they give punches that go trough your stomach from one side to the other. It's just incomparable... In DBZ they are huberly overpowered.

Also, id like to mention that knives, ect wouldn't even pierce a person skin in DBZ, and additionally to that, goku and the others CAN come back from the afterlife, wherin in naruto if they die, they die.

Yeah but depending on the timelines, and if that person is willing to bring them back ect.

Dragon balls have pretty much existed for everyone's time line, and can be used by anyone, so there's alot more freedom to the power then what you have in naruto.
